Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Delivery usually takes 8-20 business days after processing.
Every order ships with tracking. You'll get your tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
We currently ship to the United States.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
To start a return, email contact@audessa.online with your order number.
Once we receive and check the item, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
If your item arrives damaged or wrong, email us a photo within 7 days. Audessa covers the shipping and makes it right at no cost to you.
